Ash alley leading to the palace in Jabłonna

When the heiress Bronisława Vetter walked in the shade of the dewy ash trees, the locals said: again, she is walking in the Black Alley! What is the meaning of that name? From the shade, for sure, but also because the alley belonged to the palace. The pleasure of the alley’s beauty was reserved for its owners. Today, the 100-metre-long route invites you, like all areas of the Jabłonna Commune, to enjoy the greenery. Especially the Chmiel nature reserve, located nearby, tempts with rare species of flora and fauna.
