The Lublin School of Sages operated from 1930 to 1939 in the building at Lubartowska Street and was one of the largest Talmudic universities in the world. Each year, it educated about 200 students. Today it houses the Synagogue Museum of Yeshiwa’s History and Sages of Lublin and a four-star hotel and restaurant serving Jewish and Old Polish cuisine.
