The decades before the First World War were a time of rapid growth for Lublin. The trade between Western Europe and the Tsarist Empire was intense. New streets appeared, along which residences grew. The most beautiful ones of the Art Nouveau style stand on Chopina St, from number 9 to 15. Just for the doors alone, it is worth going for a walk there!
