In 1927 employees of the first Polish aircraft factory established this institution. Since then, Lublin Aeroclub has been acting as a promoter and developer of Polish aviation, mainly in recreation and air sports. The following sections are active: aeroplane, glider, parachute, balloon, microlight and modelling.
