If, while strolling along the streets of Lublin in September, you come across a thought-provoking sculpture, it is a sign that Open City is on. It aims to introduce art into public space, and by doing that, show its social dimension. For example, the 2021 edition was dedicated to the plight of Belarus under the Lukashenko regime.
