The Bystrzyca is the biggest river flowing through Lublin. It runs from south to northeast, creating a shallow valley, the width of which varies from several hundred meters to about one and a half kilometres. The Bystrzyca Valley is a valuable area in terms of nature, history, culture and recreation.
