The Good Soldier Švejk has been with us for a long time. We decided to open a restaurant under the patronage of a nice soldier because of passion for his adventures and specific humor, and out of love for Czech cuisine. We have been in the catering industry for 8 years. Our idea is not only to serve delicious dishes and promote Czech culture but also to share the extraordinary aura of the history of the world’s most famous Soldier – because how can you dislike him?
