The Olive restaurant at the Ilan Hotel has been opened since 2013. It serves Jewish and Polish cuisine. It is a place closely related to the Jewish tradition, as it is located in the historical building of Chachmei Lublin Yeshiva – the former largest and most prestigious rabbinical school in the world. The restaurant’s offer and character refer to Lublin, especially to its former Jewish district. It is a place where our guests will taste the best dishes prepared according to a recipe that is over 100 years old, just like in the kitchen of a Jewish family in the Old Town, but served in new arrangements. Thanks to a visit to the restaurant, our guests have the opportunity to learn more about Jewish culture and its influence on the history of the city. The dishes are complemented by a wide range of wines, incl. Israeli. The menu is full of Jewish dishes, which are an integral part of traditional Lublin cuisine.
