Manor and palace complex in Motycz

The establishment of the manor and palace complex dates back to the years 1843 – 1849. At that time, baron Karol Boksender built a manor here on the site of a 15th-century farm. The building was initially used by the administrators to take care of the property. At the end of the 19th century, the manor house was inhabited by a female order, and in 1912 it was taken over by Cukrownia Company.

There is a park from the 19th century right next to the manor, where you can find two four-flat buildings (from 1920 and 1930), a steward house, a warehouse from the beginning of the 20th century, a barn, a warehouse, and a cowshed. The whole thing is located on the main road leading from the crossing in Motycz towards Kozubszczyzna.
