The Wieprz River Valley is the eastern part of the Lubartów landscape. Wieprz is the third largest river in the province. Lublin, being the right tributary of the Vistula, 303 km long and the basin area of ​​10,422 sq km. The course of the river is winding, full of bends and meanders. There are numerous oxbow lakes directly by the river, partially overgrown and filled with water. The Wieprz River Valley is characterized by outstanding landscape and natural values. Riverside meadows are noteworthy, as they are the habitat of many species of birds.
