This gorge, also commonly called “Poprzeczne Doły”, is a system of loess ravines, modeled by erosion and suffosion processes, with great natural and landscape values. Its area is 4.56 ha. It is overgrown with trees and bushes of a dry-ground forest (fragments of a subcontinental linden-hornbeam forest). The area is sometimes referred to as the “old forest”. It is a perfect place to conduct various types of field games, walks or extreme bicycle expeditions.
