Built between 1848 and 1858 of brick and plastered, in the shape of a rotunda. Its owners were the Weyssenhoffs from Samoklęski. Hidden under the chapel is a crypt with the graves of Tekla and Jan Weysenhoff. It is located right next to the St. Peter and Pauls’ Church.
