Church of the Transfiguration in Garbów

The construction of the church was completed in 1912. During the First World War, more than 100 artillery shells fell on it and it suffered heavily as a result. During the renovation in the 1920s, dozens of shells were embedded in the façade as a memorial. In the west tower of the church hangs a bell from 1512, weighing about one tonne.
