Saska Gallery

The Saxon Gallery is a year-round project aimed at expanding the cultural offer of the city. In order to engage new circles of inhabitants in greater participation in culture, works of meritorious visual artists are presented on the historic fence of the Saxon Garden.

Four times a year, monographic exhibitions of the greatest Polish poster, graphic and photographic artists are presented, including Tadeusz Rolke, Michał Batory, Tomasz Tomaszewski, Andrzej Różycki, Rosław Szaybo, Andrzej Dudziński and many others. The exhibitions are accompanied by meetings with the artists. The gallery’s curator is Professor Leszek Mądzik – theatre director, set designer, founder of Scena Plastyczna KUL.

The aesthetically sophisticated and open exhibition space is a showcase of a modern city, an investor in culture and an attractive destination for tourists from Poland and abroad.
